Trading Rags Vintage is committed to providing quality, carefully curated vintage pieces. As all items are vintage and one-of-a-kind, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Vintage Condition
All items sold by Trading Rags Vintage are vintage or pre-loved, unless stated otherwise.
Due to the nature of vintage garments:
Minor signs of wear, age, or imperfections may be present
Measurements are provided as a guide
Colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings
We take care to accurately describe each item and disclose any notable flaws.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect fit, or personal preference.
Please ensure you:
Check measurements carefully
Read descriptions thoroughly
Ask questions before purchasing if unsure
Faulty or Not as Described Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item:
Has a major fault
Is significantly not as described
If you believe an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos where applicable

Return Approval
Returns must be approved before items are sent back.
Approved returns must:
Be returned in the same condition as received
Not have been worn, altered, or washed
Include original tags (if attached)
Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty
We recommend using tracked postage, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
Refunds
Once a return is approved and received:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Store Credit
Where appropriate, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
