Striking 1960s black sheer mesh mini dress covered in intricate black bead and sequin embellishment.
The fine transparent mesh is embroidered throughout with curling vines and scattered floral and leaf motifs. Larger leaves are densely worked with glossy black sequins, while smaller motifs and scrolling stems are picked out in beads, giving the entire dress a beautiful textured finish that catches the light.
Cut in a simple straight silhouette, the dress has a round neckline, three-quarter sleeves and a short mini length.
The back features a hook and eye opening finished with a black satin bow. Completely sheer and unlined, it can be worn over a black slip, bodysuit or lingerie depending on the desired look.
